HOW DO I MAKE A PURCHASE?

Click on the 'Shop the Collections' tab to browse our categories. After selecting a category , click on the photo of the style you like and select your size. Click again on the 'Purchase' button. Review your ordered items by checking the 'CART' tab located on the upper right side of the page. Proceed to checkout to complete your order.

WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT AND IS IT SAFE TO USE MY CREDIT CARD ONLINE?

We accept the following payment options:

  1. VISA, Mastercard, and American Express Credit Cards. All payments are processed through a secure checkout system provided by Paypal. 
On the Paypal checkout page, there are fields that will accept credit card details even if you are not a Paypal member.

Yes. Shipping rates vary per country and will be specified upon check out.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDERS AND HOW LONG IS SHIPPING TIME?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your air waybill number to track your package.

Local orders take 1-2 working days.

International orders take 3-7 working days.

 

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY? 

Upon receipt of your item, you have 7 days to decide whether to keep or return/exchange it. If you return an item, you will need to ship it back and we will give you store credit, which you can use at any time. If you exchange an item, you will also need to ship it back and we will ship you the item in exchange. Items returned to us will be subject to inspection. We will not accept used or damaged items.
